You must do this from your iPhone
1) Download this link http://www.megaupload.com/?d=KIJIQ410 from your iPhone and install
2) Go to Settings> General> Network
3) Turn on internet tethering
4) Turn on iTunes
5) Plug in iPhone to laptop
Now you can get internet on your laptap anywhere your iphone gets internet.
